Forging Process-JASDE GOLF

We offer OEM, ODM service as well as our brand (Koala, Mazel) products to customers from all over the world. Golf Drivers, woods, irons, putters, wedges, chippers all can be customized.

In this part, we would like to introduce you the the process of how we do orders.

1.The first step is forging/casting,which is the way of creating the raw head.

2.For driver,after the head is done,the next step is welding the 4 pieces together-Polish the head-Plating(If needed)-Paingting-Packaging

2.For iron, the next step is to polish the raw head to finish clients required-Plating(If needed)-Paingting-Packaging.
